Version 1.1 · Last updated 17 September 2026

In short. When you apply to the Design Partner Program or send us a message through the contact form, we collect the details you give us, so that a person can read them and reply to you. We do this with your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form — you are not subscribing to anything, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. We never sell your data.

1. Who is responsible for your data

NODWISE GRAPH TECHNOLOGIES, UNIPESSOAL LDA — a sociedade por quotas registered in Portugal, NIF/NIPC 519369653, with its registered office at Rua Cardoso Marta, n.º 5, 2.º esquerdo, 3080-012 Figueira da Foz, Portugal — is the data controller.

For any privacy question or request, contact privacy@nodwise.com.

2. What we collect

  • Details you give us on the Design Partner application: your full name, work email address, company website and your role — and, if you choose to fill it in, what you would want modelled first.
  • Details you give us on the contact form: your name, email address, the subject you pick and your message — and, if you choose to fill it in, your company.
  • Your consent record: the fact and time you ticked the consent box, and the version of this notice you agreed to.
  • Technical data, to keep the forms secure: your IP address and a bot-protection token (Cloudflare Turnstile, which runs invisibly — there is no challenge for you to solve). They are used only to check that the submission comes from a person, and are not stored with what you sent. For how Cloudflare processes this data, see Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

The fields marked with * on each form are needed to handle what you sent: without them we cannot consider your application or reply to your message. The other fields are optional.

  • To read your application or message and reply to you — your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), given when you tick the box. It covers only that purpose: for an application, being contacted about the Design Partner Program; for a message, a reply to it. It is not a marketing subscription. You can withdraw it at any time (§8); this doesn't affect anything we did before you withdrew.
  • To protect the forms from abuse — our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)) in keeping the service secure.

We do not profile you, make automated decisions about you, or sell your data.

4. There is no confirmation email to click

Your consent is given on the form itself and recorded with what you sent, so there is no double opt-in step. We send you one email so you know your application or message arrived; a bounce tells us the address was mistyped. Nothing is added to any mailing list.

5. Who processes it for us

Your application or message is read by the Nodwise people who handle it. We do not share it with anyone else. These providers process it on our behalf, under data processing terms with each of them:

  • Cloudflare — hosts this website, stores what you send through the forms and runs the bot protection.
  • Resend — sends the email confirming that your application or message arrived, and our internal notification of it.
  • Microsoft (Microsoft 365) — hosts the mailbox where your application or message reaches us, and from which we reply.

6. Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Resend stores email data in the United States, and Cloudflare and Microsoft may process data outside the EEA in limited cases. Those transfers are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses included in each provider's data processing terms, and by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, under which Cloudflare, Resend and Microsoft have certified. You can ask us at privacy@nodwise.com for more information about these safeguards.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your application or message for 12 months after our last contact with you, and then delete it — including the notification emails about it. If your application leads to an agreement with Nodwise, what that agreement needs is kept under its own terms. If you withdraw your consent or ask us to delete your data sooner, we delete it then.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict how we use it, to withdraw your consent at any time (this doesn't affect anything we did before you withdrew), and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Portugal, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).

To exercise any of these, including withdrawing your consent, email privacy@nodwise.com. We will respond within the period the GDPR requires.

9. How we protect your data

The forms are served over HTTPS and protected by bot detection and anti-abuse checks, and the data is stored with access restricted to the people who need it.

10. Changes to this notice

If we change how we handle your data we will publish a new version here with a new date. The version you agreed to is recorded with your consent.

This notice is available in several languages. If a translation differs from this English version, the English version prevails.
